  11. Gunakan >> sambal (25 cabai rawit, rebus, haluskan).
  12. Gunakan >> jeruk nipis.

Tata caramembuat Sop Iga Sapi

  1. Masukkan iga sapi ke dlm air mendidih, rebus +- 3mnt. Buang rebusan air pertama, ganti dg air rebusan baru.
  2. Masak kembali hingga empuk (me : pake metode 5.30.7).
  3. Tumis bumbu halus & jahe hingga harum, masukkan ke dlm air rebusan td.
  4. Setelah iga empuk, masukkan wortel, garam, penyedap. Tes rasa, biarkan hingga wortel matang.
  5. Terakhir masukkan daun bawang & daun seledri, lalu matikan api. Jangan lupa taburi bawang goreng.
  6. Sop iga sapi siap di sajikan.
